Santa Shop

Santa Shop is a festive holiday season opportunity for Lindbergh students to purchase gifts for their friends, family and teachers.

Each gift is $2 and friendly volunteers are always available to help. It’s a great way for Lindbergh students to practice budgeting and acts of kindness.

Thank you to our wonderful Lindbergh teachers and staff (we appreciate you) for taking time out of your busy schedules and helping to make Santa Shop fun for Lindbergh students!

Returning from last year are our Green Team approved Reusable, Recyclable & Biodegradable bags.

New this year was the opportunity to ‘Gift Some Good’. Students could choose their charity of choice - Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit or UNICEF. Their $2 (or more) donation came with a snowflake ornament to keep or to gift.

Our kind Lindbergh students raised $80 for Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit and $80 for UNICEF. The PTA matched both donations. If you would like make a donation, please click HERE for Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit or HERE for UNICEF.

Thank you to our festive Santa Shop volunteers, we couldn’t do it without you - Lindsey, Courtney, Erin, Ameena, Julie, Jasmine, Anna, Laura, Lisa Fawaz, Jessica P., Dakota, Layla, Ava, Faten, Ivone, Amal K., Zeinab C., Razan, Khadija, Tala, Maryem, Whitney, Nahil, Johanna and Brandy!

An ENORMOUS thank you to our Santa Shop Chair Sarah Neubauer! Santa Shop takes A LOT of time, preparation and joyful spirit. Here’s a special message from our Santa Shop Chair:

“Santa Shop 2023 was a success! What an amazingly festive week with many smiling little faces. Here’s to hoping you all got something special. A big thanks to all the grown ups who helped out this week! We had so many people give their valuable time and energy to this event - many of you even helped out for multiple shifts! We cannot do these events without you and we are beyond grateful.

On a personal note, this was my final Santa Shop as my kiddo will be moving on to middle school next year. I hope I helped make Santa Shop fun, festive and exciting for everyone. I’ll be handing the ‘reins’ over to Ann-Marie next year and she will be amazing!

Thanks Lindbergh! It’s been a jingly good time ::Mic Drop::

Wishing you all a peaceful holiday season”

-Sarah Neubauer

Sarah’s festive jingle jangle will be missed BUT we are happy to introduce our new Santa Shop Chair - Ann-Marie George-Sleiman! Ann has been an awesome PTA volunteer and we can’t wait to see what she has planned for the 2024 Santa Shop!

“Looking forward to Chairing Santa Shop in 2024 - have a great winter break!” -Ann
