2026 Staff Appreciation Week
We had an amazing time celebrating our fantastic Lindbergh Staff!
We celebrated Staff Appreciation Week Monday, May 4th through Friday, May 8th - with the theme of “Leadership is my Jam”. A special thank you to our fantastic HRPs and parent volunteers for their appreciation posters, classroom gifts and all the extras you've helped with this week and throughout the year.
Monday -
Students wore their teacher’s favorite color(s) and Lindbergh staff could chose drink options from the Bakri Coffee Roasters truck followed by bagels in the staff lounge. All week long - staff raffle prizes available to win by guessing 90s songs/artists and 'guess who?' with the 90s (AI) pics of staff members in the lounge.
Tuesday -
Snack cart with pastries, fruit, beverages and more delivered to staff members and everyone dressed like the 90s!
Wednesday -
Breakfast and coffee for staff members thanks to a generous donation from Tim Hortons (thank you to The Berry Family!) and Paris Baguette - Staff and students wore their class color shirts!
Thursday -
Staff luncheon from Dearborn Fresh, Bartz Bakery, Sweet 220 and Sweet Wishes - Allergy Free Baker. A huge thank you to our Homeroom Parents and parent volunteers for covering extra time for our classroom and specials teachers so they could enjoy a longer lunch period! A special thank you to the Anani Family for their generous donation toward purchasing gift cards for all our staff members. Students and parents wrote kind messages of appreciation on the sidewalk and blacktops!
Friday -
Everyone got comfy and wore their PJs to school! Students sent in notes of appreciation for their favorite staff members and gift bags were given to all staff members thanks to a generous anonymous PTA member.
